D. Scott Brazell, MD is a native Texan. He grew up in the Texas Panhandle and graduated from High School in Dumas, Texas. He then attended college at Texas A&M University and after just 3 years of college was accepted into Medical School at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Houston. Upon graduation, he completed a Residency in Family Practice and became Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Dr. Brazell is married to Lynn Brazell, MD, who is a Obstetrician/Gynecologist, and together they have three children. He enjoys music and plays the guitar in his spare time. In addition, he is an avid reader and enjoys Science Fiction/Fantasy novels.

Christie Hodges, Certified Laser Technician / Medical Assistant

Christie has extensive experience in the dermatologic field as a surgical assistant. She has a strong background in treating patients with acne; and has treated thousands of patients with various laser devices for hair removal, IPL skin rejuvenation, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Her in-depth knowledge of cosmetic and skin care treatments will alleviate your apprehensions regarding any procedure.

Mandy Armstrong, Licensed Clinical Aesthetician

Mandy is a Licensed Clinical Aesthetician, with 750 hours of training for board certification and an additional 280 hours of specialization training to date. She is a chemical peel specialist, with certifications for light, mid-depth and deep peeling techniques. She has treated hundreds of patients with varying skin conditions with peels and combinations of other modalities. Other areas of expertise include clinical acne treatments, treating and managing rosacea, ethnic skin care, and product ingredient knowledge. She is sure to set you on the right path for maintenance and home care after any procedure.
